Flame-cut parts in large format

Our flame-cut parts are genuine heavyweights. Thicknesses ranging from 8 to 1,100 mm, widths up to 8,000 mm, lengths up to 20,000 mm and unit weights of up to 55 tons – with the aid of mobile cranes even up to 70 tons – are daily routine for us.

With our state-of-the-art chamfering robots and CNC chamfering aggregates we give the parts contour-true chamfers to customer specifications, cut bevels or in multiple layers – and all this without the need for subsequent treatment, with high precision and consistent reproducibility. Precise control of the chamfering robots allows highly complicated weld seam preparation for parts with intricate geometries. This also makes the processing of small batch sizes efficient.
