As a customer, you are king with us – and we work consistently to show you how serious we are about this statement. The latest component of our JebensSynchron programme, launched in 2018 is Customer Care.

In addition to price, quality and delivery time, open communication determines customer satisfaction. Therefore, we do not wait until you contact us with a problem, but will pro-actively approach you with all of the information that is important to you. For some years now, you have been receiving weekly project reports from us and, if desired, photos as well, so that you are always informed of the progress. We have now further expanded this service with the Customer Care system: Without having to go through Sales, in future, you will receive all of the information on the delivery date first-hand – from our Customer Care team, which is directly connected to production control. This eliminates unnecessary delays and interfaces that were unavoidable in the classic route via sales and production control. In addition, the binding nature of the information is ensured, because it is provided at the source. 

Through direct contact, you also have direct influence on any adjustments that are necessary if, for example, a planned delivery date cannot be met due to machine damage. The Customer Care employee responsible for you will pro-actively inform you of the situation and agree on a new delivery date with you. This is particularly valuable when a project is especially urgent and will not, in fact, tolerate a postponement. Due to the regular communication within our company, which was introduced within the framework of JebensSynchron years ago, everyone responsible for sales, technology, purchasing, production and logistics gather at 10.00 a.m. every day, so that a time-critical project can be centrally managed immediately and all framework parameters are taken into account. Extensive tests have shown that this approach is highly accepted by our customers. That is why we rolled it out successively this summer.
